This East Hampton residence has been reimagined through a comprehensive renovation and masterfully designed addition that honors the home’s original character while elevating it to a sophisticated modern standard. Anchored by the geometry of the existing architecture, the new master wing blends seamlessly with the structure, creating a cohesive and graceful expansion that feels both fresh and timeless.
At the core of the transformation is a dramatically enlarged kitchen. Once connected to the living and dining room, the space has been thoughtfully reconfigured to achieve a dedicated, light-filled culinary environment. The new kitchen—complete with custom cabinetry, an expansive layout, and an inviting breakfast nook—serves as the true heart of the home.
The addition includes a beautifully finished lower level, accessed via an exterior walk-out stair that floods the basement with natural light and creates a direct connection to the outdoors. This integration enhances the livability of the home and adds valuable multi-purpose space.
