388SHP is an investment proposal developed in a partnership with Terra Construction and Saunders which includes the conceptual design of a 5,000 sq ft house in East Hampton, NY.

This house is being offered as a typology to clients and has been adapted to several lots to help promote their sales. It's been also part of conversations with clients offering customizable finishes and features.

The house is inspired in the traditional houses of East Hampton, it proposes a formal symmetrical front with a more modern open rear facade with over-sized windows and doors. The garage volume which houses two bedroom on the second floor is connected via a breezeway with service areas in both levels. All rooms are in suite, the possiblity of a large finished basement connected directly to the backyard through an exterior stair which also brings natural light is offered as an option to add a gym, media room or other ammenities.

The house includes finishes shown in other projects as a standard with the possiblity of create an specific design for each client. Outdoor features are always adapted to the special condition of each site.

The second floor includes a Master bedroom with a terrace, a Jr. Master, and two generous en suite bedrooms, plus a laundry room and an office.
