The project introduces expansive new deck areas, balconies, a fully renovated pool house, and a striking custom-built pergola—all thoughtfully planned to enhance views, comfort, and connection to the natural surroundings.
Ipe decking with concealed fasteners extends across the exterior living spaces, offering a clean, refined surface that highlights the home’s modern lines. Along the perimeter, glass railings mounted on fascia tracks create uninterrupted sightlines to the bay and landscape, enhancing the sense of openness and immersion in the coastal environment.
A dramatic, custom pergola—anchored to the redesigned pool house—unifies the accessory structures with the architectural expression of the main home. This new structure replaces a previously inconsistent design and brings balance, sophistication, and continuity to the property. The pool house itself has been fully reimagined to complement the home’s modern aesthetic, resulting in a cohesive ensemble of outdoor amenities.
A new exterior stair gracefully links the lower deck to the renovated second-floor balcony, strengthening circulation and providing an elevated perch for even more panoramic views of the water. The infinity pool has been completely refinished and bordered by a continuous multi-level deck: one level designed for effortless movement around the pool, and a secondary lounge level dedicated to sunbathing and relaxation.
